There's a way of writing that's truly yours. Let's find it.

The Enneagram doesn't tell you what's wrong with you, and it's not meant to give you a bunch of excuses. But it does tell you how you're wired: how you process, create, rest, and resist.

Coaching is where we use that map to build something that actually fits. I'm not going to sell you a rinse and repeat formula that belongs to someone else's process. We're not going to try to adhere to a productivity system that's designed for a different type of person and brain. We find a writing practice that makes sense for you — your rhythms, your strengths, your particular flavor of creative intensity.

Hi, I'm Lauren.

And I LOVE the Enneagram. You know when you get into conversations with people and they start to drone on and on and on about a topic you don’t really know much about, but it sounds kind of interesting? Well, it’s me. I’m the droner.

I spent a whole year trying to force myself into someone else's outline because that's what "real writers" do. I tried. And tried. And nearly quit.

Then I blended my other love (the Enneagram) to stop trying to write someone else's way. I started writing mine.

Not because I suddenly had the perfect system, but because I finally understood how I was wired as a creative, and how to work with it instead of against it.

That's what I want to help you find. Your version of a writing practice that feels natural, sustainable, and actually like you.

You'll leave every session clearer on who you are as a writer, and what to do next.

  • 1. Understand how you're wired

We go deep on your type and how those translate to your natural creative strengths, the patterns that pull you off course, and what a sustainable practice actually looks like for you specifically.

  • 2. Build a practice that fits

We design routines, rituals, and rhythms around your type's productivity system. The goal is a writing life that feels intuitive, not one you're white-knuckling your way through.

  • 3. Someone in Your Corner

Coaching packages include check-ins between sessions. Because the accountability that works for a Type 3 looks nothing like what works for a Type 9, and you deserve the version that's right for you.
