Enneagram Quiz for Writers
A few tips before you begin
- Try to embody your 6–7 year-old self when answering — not yourself as a writer, partner, friend, or colleague. We tend toward bias when answering in specific contexts, so reconnecting with your childhood self helps surface the truest results. We’re looking to understand how you organically show up in life.
- Try not to overthink the questions. Go with your gut reaction — answer for what you know to be true, not what you want to be true.
There are a lot of questions here, and that’s intentional, as other personality tests on the market are typically not in-depth enough to produce accurate results. Set aside at least 20 minutes to work through all of them.
Remember: most personality tests focus on behavior-based questions, but the Enneagram is rooted in inner motivations and fears. If your results feel off, it may be a mistype — consider taking tests from multiple sources or scheduling a personal typing interview for a more accurate, personalized result.
